Baker's Yeast - Caveat Imbibor

If you can get true wine yeast - from a specialist shop in a civilised country, then that would produce much better results than baker's yeast. With the latter, you'll get something like an alcoholic grape juice, which doesn't taste great, takes forever to clear and produces hangovers from hell. HOWEVER, customs officials at some countries' airports might look askance at true wine yeast, change the container and you might then have to identify a greyish-white substance in your luggage. Nothing's ever easy in this vale of tears.
